I am Flamefur an orange and cream she-cat of Thunderclan. My apprentice is now Silverpaw. She is great and is a quick learner. But my old apprentice who is now Ashcloud will always be like a kit to me. She is the best!


New Story! Background: During the Last Battle with Froststar, Ivyheart showed up and atttacked Flamefur. Flamefur had been missing since then. Here is what happened:



Flamefur ran into Riverclan camp after Hawkstar and jumped on a calico she-cat that smelled of Marshclan. She saw Ashcloud and Skypatch fighting side by side and Silverpaw fighting with another apprentice. Flamefur pinned the she-cat and scratched her until she ran out of Riverclan camp mewling like a kit. The clearing was now crammed with fighting cats. Flamefur struggled through them trying to find her apprentice. FInally she found her. On first glance everything seemed all right, Silverpaw was easily beating a Marshclan apprentice. Then Flamefur saw a gray tabby tom preparing to leap on Silverpaw. "Look out!" Flamefur yowled and leaped onto the tom. They rolled over and over until the tom finally pinned her down. His face looked puzzled for a minute, then he smiled. "Well, if it isn't Ivyheart's old apprentice. Seems that we've been in this position before," he mewed, slowing digging his claws into Flamefur's fur. For a second Flamefur was confused. What was he talking about? Then realization came over her. This was the same rogue that Ivyheart had conspired with! "Oh, so you do remember me," he hissed.
Flamefur felt strong again and hissed at the gray tom. "Yes I remember you! You ran away when Hawkstar and Swanwing came!" The tom hissed and rose up his paw unsheathed. Flamefur breathed a silent prayer to Starclan. Suddenly the clearing went silent and a strange scent filled the air. The tom on top of her looked startled and Flamefur took her chance. She threw him off of her and stood up bristling. Something was coming...
Flamefur gaped as the bear and wolves and eagles filled Riverclan camp. Shaking off her shock she jumped towards the gray tom again, then realized he was gone. She whipped her head around and saw Silverpaw being picked up by an eagle. Flamefur ran and jumped at the eagle, bringing it crashing to the ground and scratching and biting it until it didn't move. Flamefur was about to make sure Silverpaw was alright when she saw Hawkstar across the clearing. A wolf was picking her up and shaking her. "No!" Flamefur yowled. She charged across the clearing and leapt onto the wolf, trying to hold onto the fur. It dropped Hawkstar and tried to bite at her. Flamefur dug her claws in for balance and tried to bring down her teeth on its neck. She missed and got its back instead. Suddenly, the wolf rolled over and Flamefur felt enormous weight roll over her. She took one more blind swipe at the wolf and heard it yelp as her claws made their mark. Flamefur's ribs hurt worse than anything she had ever felt. But only one thought filled her mind. Painfully rolling over, she whispered, "Hawkstar, are you alright?"
"I'm alright," Hawkstar said getting up. "That's good," Flamefur whispered, smiling painfully. She slowly stood up. She tried to take a step but collasped and yowled in pain. Then she saw Skypatch being attacked by a bear. "Hawkstar! Skypatch needs help!" She called. Hawkstar ran off to help him. Something slinking in the shadows suddenly caught Flamefur's eye. It was familiar. Looking closer she saw it was a cat and had a black pelt. It was a larger cat though. What was it doing?
Slowly getting up again, Flamefur moved toward where the cat was, wincing at the pain in her left paw and ribs. When she was almost on top of the cat, it turned staring at her with haunting blue eyes. A scene went through Flamefur's mind, of when those same eyes looked into hers, about to kill her. "Ivyheart!" Flamefur yowled. The cat leaped and landed on top of Flamefur. Flamefur yowled again at the pain in her ribs. "Miss me?" Ivyheart hissed.
